How do I collect the payments after accepting prepayment

How do I collect remainder of a payment when you have accepted a pre-payment for services? Total amount of purchase was $60, client paid $30 when appointment was schedule so remainder balance is $30 and I can’t figure out how to charge for it. Thanks for your help in any way.

You should be able to change the pricing on a Service by using these steps:

Checkout > Tap on the Service > Tap on the Price of the Service and the keypad should popl up to change the price for that specific service.

You will want to make sure you are running the most recent version of the App with the most recent OS on the device itself.
