Heya @TTBTech,

I noticed it's your first post, welcome to our community 👋

While you can't edit a transaction after it's been processed per se, you can issue a refund if you accidentally charged a customer to much, or input a higher amount than you actually received. To issue a refund in-app, or on the Dashboard, select the Transactions tab. Next, locate the sale in question and select Issue Refund. You'll be prompted to select an item or amount to refund, as well as a reason for the refund. If the sale was processed via card payment, your customer will receive a refund back onto their original payment card. For cash sales, you'd have to issue a refund in cash.

I hope this clears things up a bit, let us know if you have any other questions!

I’m new to square and input a total for my service but later noticed he gave me more than I put in. Can I edit the total after I submitted the total for his service?
