    <description>&lt;P&gt;You should absolutely be able to get reports for as long as you've been associated with Square.&amp;nbsp; Are you sure you're logging in to the same account (email address) as you were in 2016?&amp;nbsp; That's the most obvious thing I can think of.&amp;nbsp; Another problem may be if you're setting your period for more than a year.&amp;nbsp; I believe you can only receive data from a period no longer than one year, so if you're trying to see data from 13 months or more, Square won't allow it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I know other Square sellers have reported that they can go back much further than 3 years.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5860"&gt;@VanKalkerFarms&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I think has reported that they can get data from 6 or 7 years ago.&amp;nbsp; Maybe they have some insight into your issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sales Report from 2016</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, is there a limit to how far we can go back to view sales? I did a search for all of 2016 and it says I have no sales. But I absolutely had sales for 2016. Anyone know how I can access that from 3 years ago?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/131002"&gt;@GlassJudy&lt;/a&gt; you are correct, you can go back to your very first transaction that took place.&amp;nbsp; Ours is back on May 5, 2011.&amp;nbsp; You can only have a one year span if you are doing a custom date search.&amp;nbsp; otherwise you can just click back by year or month etc or type in a specific date.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As GlassDale said make sure you are logged into the correct account and location.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
