&lt;P&gt;When your customers are using eGift cards to make purchases through your Online Store, we don't have any kind of integration for the system to find their eGift card number.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT style="background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;I have an online store where customers can shop products. Is there a way for customers to shop using their e gift card without having to sort through their emails to search the gift card number ?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT style="background-color: #ffffff;"&gt; I am asking because for some customers searching square's e gift card number in their old emails is a hassle. Maybe there is a way to link e gift cards with customer's phone number or other unique identification. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT style="background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;Secondly, is there a way for customer who is shopping online to not have to enter all their basic information every time they make a purchase ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Customers making purchases repeatedly through their e gift cards would want some way for the system to identify them rather than inputting their name, phone, address etc on every purchase through square. I am aware that on my end I can store and access customer profiles and can charge sales to a customer. On customer's &lt;BR /&gt;end though, the whole e gift card experience isn't very seemless. Customer who are repeat shoppers should have some way to not have to enter all of their information when shopping using e gift card. There have been times when a customer entered all &lt;BR /&gt;of their information and when applying e gift card, wasn't able to place the order. The 'place order' button itself didnt process the request. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT style="background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;Please let me know if the above issues have a solution. The whole e gift card experience isn't very friendly on customer's end, especially those customers who aren't very tech savvy. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I sell a e-gift card I ask the customer to “screen shot” their number. So all they have to do is hand me their phone and I can type it in. Or I write it on their loyalty card. This helps a lot. Hope it helps you also&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
