The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Scheduling Estimates

When in Estimates, listed in filters is "Scheduled". Does this mean there is a way to schedule estimates? If so, I can't figure it out! Also, could you add a filter "Needs Scheduled". This would be amazing!!!

Hey @NatesGlass! Yes, you are able to schedule an estimate in both the Invoices App as well as in your online Dashboard!

When you select the Create Estimate option through your Dashboard, you'll scroll to the Estimate Details section. In that section, there is a Send option. When you click into that box, you'll see that you have the option to choose the date of when you want the Estimate to be sent.

When you select a date in the future, that is when the estimate is considered "Scheduled". I like that idea of a "Needs Scheduled" filter! I can flag this as a feature request for our Product Team.

Hope this helps!

Well shoot... not really what I was hoping for. It would be great to be able to schedule an accepted estimate in appointments for the work to be completed and have that be linked to the estimate some how so that the estimates can be used similar to work orders. Is there anything like this in the works?

@NatesGlass Nothing that we know of in the works right now. But if we have a big change like this with our Estimates services, we'll post them here in the Community!
