Is there a way to set your self-serve ordering hours to different hours than your opening hours? Example, our kitchen closes one hour before the restaurant.

At this time Self-Server Ordering doesn't offer the ability to set up specific hours. However, my advice would be to place your hours in the first line of the "How to place an order" section.

I also recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers with similar interest in your request.

Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).
