Dining Option tracking

Looking for help on tracking the dining options modifiers. Would like to be able view a report tracking the dining in sales volume as well as the to go sales volume.

Would this be done through a custom report or is it not currently available for tracking?

Hello @ZZQ !

Yes, this report can be done via a custom report. It's a little convoluted to set it up, and depending on your web browser this report can take a few moments to load.

-Web dashboard -> Reports -> Custom Reports -> Create New

-Remove any reports you don't want

-Add the Item Sales report (this will take a while to load, especially if you have a big menu)

-Once loaded, hover your mouse over the right side of the report, choose the Display By line, choose Dining Option

-Click Edit Columns and configure what you want to show.

That's it! Just title and save the report.

When you run this custom report you'll see each of your dining options listed with the grand total. Clicking the > next to the option will give you a rundown over everything ordered per that option.
