&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Go to squareup.com/login from Safari or another web browser from your phone.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Sign in and tap the three horizontal lines in the lower left&amp;nbsp;(beside &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt;).&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap the profile icon in the upper right &amp;gt; tap &lt;STRONG&gt;Request Desktop Site&lt;/STRONG&gt;. You should be directed to the full site version of your online Square Dashboard.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Questions about the new Sales Report in the Square Point of Sale App</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can no longer switch to desktop view on mobile, which means I can’t see sales “displayed by device.” &amp;nbsp;Your new Sales reports show only all devices?? Also seem to have lost the ability to see sales “on this device only,” that toggle switch is gone. &amp;nbsp;Also the 3 fader switch icon above does not show up on iOS Mobile. &amp;nbsp;A related issue, the dashboard app does not let me choose devices either. &amp;nbsp;Another issue, from Safari, How can I force the desktop version on mobile? The “View full site” from the sidebar is gone. &amp;nbsp;Is there a link you can send ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/80834"&gt;@katieand&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I moved your post from the &lt;A href="https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Product-Updates/Improvements-to-the-Sales-Report-in-the-Square-Point-of-Sale-App/ba-p/127309" target="_self"&gt;Product Update&lt;/A&gt; thread so I could answer your questions and investigate the issues you're experiencing!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're on a mobile device you won't see the filter switch&amp;nbsp;(I think that's what you mean by fadar switch but correct me if I'm wrong!) but from a mobile device you can filter the report by tapping on the date at the top of the screen. For example, to&amp;nbsp;view sales from only that device. Tap the date at the top of the screen &amp;gt; scroll down &amp;gt; tap &lt;STRONG&gt;This Device Only&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You're right, the steps to navigate to the desktop version have changed!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;From the Sales Report set the date range, then tap the three blue dots beside 'Sales Summary' &amp;gt;select &lt;STRONG&gt;Show Overview&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Scroll down to the section &lt;STRONG&gt;Top Items&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; tap the three blue dots tap &lt;STRONG&gt;View in Dashboard&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As for the Dashboard app issues you mentioned are you seeing the option to select multiple devices and it's not responding?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I also see what you're saying about trying to view the full site from Safari, I'll take a closer look at this and report back as soon as I can!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
