How can I set invoice reminders to a new default

How can I set invoice reminders to a new default? It is currently set to 1 and 3 days, I would like all reminders to be 7 and 14 days. I cannot find a place to set this, and I could be wrong but I think each time we send out a new invoice it bounces back to 1 and 3 days after a previous invoice has been set for higher?

Welcome to the Community! Glad to have you here, and thanks for your question!

If you navigate to the Invoices Tab of your Square Dashboard, you should have an options that says Settings > Invoices

These are your default settings and your reminders can be edited from that tab specifically.

Your browser sometimes matters greatly on this. So if you have already changed this, but were not using a Google Chrome Browser- we would suggest doing so. If that doesn't, let us know. 😃
