thread Question on Contract Templates in Archived Discussions (Read Only)

Hi all, I have a business that sells, installs and services products. I have been using Square retail for my inventory piece and I find Invoices to be very easy to use. However, I need to sometimes attach different contracts to different transactions. Square has provided templates which is great and directions here.... https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6302

My question is....is there a way to save the contracts and have it auto populate the customer information? That would be very helpful. Having to type it in each time is too time consuming.

Thank you,

Hi @AlexKatz!

At the time, there's not a way to auto populate the customer information but I do see how that could be a useful suggestion with the way your business works.

I can let the Product team know of this suggestion for you! Other sellers can also comment on this thread if they're looking for the same thing so thank you for taking the time to post here about it.
