How do I access bottom of stand to put charger into

Trying to add power cord to bottom of stand. I see the cord hole to run through but can not get swivel base off to plug it in. I feel like I am over looking something so simple. Help! Thanks

Hey @AFoxstale! You can remove the Square Stand from the base by turning it counter-clockwise. This YouTube video from another seller might help.
