Hi @Robby! According to our hardware compatibility chart, the Epson TM-T88V is compatible with the Square Stand!

@nika Thank you for the response. As I know Epson TM-T88V has different models and mine is M244A. I tried to connect my printer with Square Stand with usb cable but it showed not supported. Would you please tell me what’s the right way to connect my M244A printer to Square Stand because maybe I connected it wrong?

@Robby You're probably doing everything right as far as connecting goes! There are some models that are considered "untested" with our Square stand. It very easily could be that the model you're using is not compatible. Make sure that you're going through these set up steps. If these are the steps that you've been following to connect your printer and it's still saying that it isn't compatible, then unfortunately you might want to look into trying a different printer.

You must program the print to be in printer mode not vender mode

hold feed button while turning on your printer

then press the feed button 11 times then hold the feed button down

then press the feed button 3 time then hold the feed button down

then press the feed 1 time then hold the feed button down. Then press the feed button 2 times then hold it down it should then be in printer mode and work with the square stand
