&lt;P&gt;Sorry you're having issues with your Square Card.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Transactions can be declined for a number of reasons. Some of the most common reasons are: insufficient funds in your Square Balance, ATM limit reached, unactivated Square Card, incorrect billing zip code or CVC, or attempted purchase with an international merchant.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I don't have access to your account from here to see exactly why it was declined, but you can reach out to our &lt;A href="http://squ.re/contact " target="_blank"&gt;Support Team&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to take a closer look&amp;nbsp;if none of these above reasons should apply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It’s been 4 days I have sent them and still can’t get a reply. I received an email to reset my pin , in which I did . But it still is declining&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
