How can I only show Available Items on Checkout

We've just finished our 3rd show, and I find that paging thru items in our inventory on Checkout a little tedious. Most of our items are one of a kind - so we have lots of items. I've set the inventory at 1 for each of these, and when sold, the inventory is now 0.

Is there something I can do or set to only show the available items when I'm doing a checkout?

Thanks in advance for any advice, help, etc.
