&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've created new items from my register (phone), within categories that are all eligible for loyalty points and redemption. However, it didn't allow me to apply a loyalty free drink.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I tried again with the same customer, it had generated 2 COUPONS "Awarded September 2019" #918653 and #074896. I tried applying those just in case, and it still did not apply the loyalty (or any) discount to the eligible drink.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When selecting the (!) by Discount on the ticket, it said I needed to select an eligible item for the discount. I had. I checked.&lt;/P&gt;
