&lt;P&gt;As your customer books an appointment from your online booking site, they'll have the option to choose the staff member that they wish to work with prior to completing the process. Does that cover what you're looking to do?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to mark an appointment as a request for a specific therapist, like they are a regular of that provider, so that they don't get accidentally moved to another therapist?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
