Is anyone else having trouble modifying a web template? It seems more difficult than I thought.

@Helen thank you for your response. They advertise simple ease of use to set up a website. Yet I find their templates are nothing like what I sell. So I have to modify everything. Then I am now having trouble trying to add a picture and listing. It’s overwhelming. Ease of use I think not. I thought it would be simple add your pics your price. What do they want you to do upgrade to a paid one before you see how this free one works?

We do have Online Store specialists to hand if you'd like to call during the week. Phone support is available Monday through Friday from 6am to 6pm PT. They'll be able to help you with the initial set up, and take a look at the issue you're having adding images too.
