How to add a second POS terminal

My restaurant has grown and I am in need of a second POS terminal. It will only be for sending orders to the kitchen, no money will be accepted at this second terminal. I have the tablet and downloaded the app, but when I log in it doesn't give me the option to send tickets to the kitchen printer. I have went into settings and linked the printer but when I put a ticket in it only gives me the option to charge and bit to save the ticket and fire to the kitchen printer. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @Divide - we can help with this one! So sorry to hear about the trouble.

You are on your way. It sounds like the last step you are needing to check here is to enable order tickets from the printer settings:

Tap Settings > Printers
Choose the corresponding printer
Toggle on Order Tickets or Ticket Stubs
Test Print
