Can I use Square Stand iPad as browser?

I am getting ready to purchase a Square Stand and want to know if I can use the iPad for other purposes (browsing the Internet, running another iPad app) on the same device. I assume so. I just want to make sure that won't be an issue.

If it matters, one of the other purposes will be to use the barcode scanner to redeem tickets sold online by a partner company.

For example, when a customer arrives, I would sometimes use the Square app to record a purchase and other times, switch to a brower, redeem a ticket, then switch back to the Square Stand app. Would this work?

Hey @thatkyle! Good question.

When you're not using the Point of Sale app on your iPad in the Square Stand, you are more than welcome to use other apps on the iPad (including Safari or other web browsers). Let me know if you have any other questions!
