Biz Name Change in Payroll App

I've changed the business name (same EIN just changed names) in the Square Dashboard. However, the name is not reflected in the Business Info section of the Payroll section/App. More importantly I want to ensure the name change has populated across every area/app. As tax time approaches I want to make sure when 1099's go out the new name is present. Very important.

Thanks for your post.

It sounds like you've already edited the business name in Tax Forms, Locations, and Personal Information.

To make a change such as that one with Payroll, you'll have to give us a call. You'll notice if you try to change it in the Online Dashboard under Payroll Settings, it'll be grayed out.
