Hi there, @ronklabunde - Welcome to the Seller Community 😅

I think we can provide some clarity here! After every business day, Square automatically transfers your available funds to the bank account attached to your Square account. As long as your checking account is verified and attached with us, those funds should move over according to schedule.

In terms of attaching your card, Debit Cards attached to Square are used for Instant Deposit - which has to be manually initiated as opposed to be deposited automatically like normal deposit.

There are quire a few deposit options with Square, and it's easy to get lost in the weeds. Please let me know if you have any additional questions - I am here to help!

Thank you. It has been over 80 hours since Square charged my customers card and I still have not received funds. Last month I had to CANCEL my debt card and get a new one due to fraud.

I don't know how to put my new debit card information in because Square has obviously made this incredibly difficult when it should be a simple move.

This is highly affecting us in a negative manner. Can anyone provide what should be a simple answer?

If you're still waiting on those funds to be deposited, I'd suggest contacting our CS team, since we don't have access to account specifics here.

As far as adding or editing a new debit card, check here for instructions.
