Variations not showing in calendar and email notification

When receiving notification for an appointment, how can I get variations to show with the Service? I have several services that have variations within each and I'd like to know what people are booking, both in the email notification and also have it appear on the calendar.

Perhaps I should be using modifiers instead?

Anyone know how to do this? Thanks!

Sorry to keep you waiting @Elsiecl65!

Using variations is the right way to go! The variations unfortunately don't appear in the email confirmation that you receive. However, if you click the link to "View in your Calendar from the email confirmation, the variation shows under Services on the Appointment Details page.
