So sorry for the frustration. Are you trying to pair the Contactless & Chip Card reader? If so, this can definitely be tricky.

These troubleshooting steps may be helpful in getting your reader paired up and ready to take payments. It's important to remember that the Contactless & Chip Card reader pairs directly from the app itself, instead of through the Bluetooth settings on your device.

If you continue to have trouble, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team. They should be able to diagnose the issue and get you back up and running.

There is no card reader in the settings have y’all checked the app recently

Hi again, @Tina5star - the troubleshooting steps above should lead you directly to the Card Readers tab within your application.

Can you confirm for me that you are using the Square Point of Sale application? If so, are there any pending software updates available for the app or your device itself?
