&lt;P&gt;So sorry for the frustration. Are you trying to pair the Contactless &amp;amp; Chip Card reader? If so, this can definitely be tricky.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;These &lt;A href="http://squ.re/2A22hpl" target="_blank"&gt;troubleshooting steps&lt;/A&gt; may be helpful in getting your reader paired up and ready to take payments. It's important to remember that the Contactless &amp;amp; Chip Card reader pairs directly from the app itself, instead of through the Bluetooth settings on your device.&lt;/P&gt;
