Can I merge locations?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Merging locations

There are three point of sales at the same venue that were set up under 3 separate locations. This has made things unnecessarily difficult and was wondering if there’s a way to have all three POSs function under just one location. Thanks!

Hi @theRusticLab!

Unfortunately there isn't an easy way to do this. You can export the item libraries/customer directory/employees etc from the 2 locations you want to delete and then delete them.

I wish I had an easier solution but at the time that'd be all you could do to have everything off of one.

Thanks for the response. If I deactivate the excess locations I don’t need, what happens to the pos tablets connected to them? Can I reassign them to the remaining locations?

The hardware isn't specific to a certain account or location. They're universal so you won't have any issue with that.
