&lt;P&gt;We don't have a place to specifically insert a URL for appointment details, but you can try inserting the URL when customizing&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/appointments/business/client_relations" target="_blank"&gt;Email Notifications.&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I am new to Square appointments. I am wondering if it is possible to include a URL in my appointment details? Maybe in the appointment notes? So far it just comes up as a dead link in IOS.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Again, some customization of the booking form is really a necessary feature. All other booking softwares offer a lot more flexibility. If I could include a URL when making an initial booking then it could show up on my appointment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
