How do I stop the register printer from printing a job ticket on each sale

The register prints out a 2 job tickets after each completed transaction. It's not a receipt, but a line item. One small and one larger tickets. HELP! Wasting paper by the yardage.

Hi, @TennisStation, thanks for reaching out to us with your question.

From what you've described, it sounds like you're printing order tickets as well as the receipt.

You can toggle this option off on your device by navigating to More > Settings > Hardware > Printers > under 'use this printer for', toggle OFF In-person order tickets and Order ticket stubs.

Let us know how you go with these steps on your end.
