I only wish to make “( Credit Card Deposits Nothing Else)” at the lowest % rate of charge!

Then make sure you dip or swipe every card and you will get squares rates.

If you do not need any of the POS functionality. Use the custom amount screen, and it will work like any other card processing. Dont setup any sales tax, I would assume you are calculating that before you charge the card.
