Getting an error message when connecting to facebook

I get to the page to connect to facebook from my weebly dashboard and it goes to m.facebook.com, the icon spins, then comes up with an error message. What am I doing wrong? I need to connect to my facebook business page (already set up) so I can get my items on to Instagram.
