Discounts not applying properly on square app

i created some discounts for bulk purchases, however, the discounts are not applied correctly. Current setup for the discount is for any minimum quantity at a specific discount.

Discount 1 - 3 for 10, setup as minimum purchase of 3 with a $1.97 discount.

1 shirt is $3.99

$3.99 x 3 = $11.97 - $1.97 = 10.00 final price

However, when I use the app, its calculating a discount of $5.91 with a final price of $6.06. It appears that it is applying the discount 3 times. I can see that the discount is being applied and does apply the correct discount at the correct quantity but not at the correct amount.

Please help!!

That's weird @JStees. Have you tried troubleshooting your POS app and device?

If you've gone through those steps, it might be worth giving our CS team a call so they can do some investigating to see why you're discounts are showing up so wonky.
