&lt;P&gt;The wording isn't clear to me. Is the variable cutoff time (120 days / 1 year) based on whether the &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;original transaction&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; was processed on mobile or online? Or whether the &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;refund request/transaction&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;was processed on mobile or online?&lt;/P&gt;
