&lt;P&gt;I appreciate you taking the time to give context to your issue. To process transactions manually, we do &lt;A href="https://squ.re/2m4i8hi" target="_blank"&gt;require all relevant card information&lt;/A&gt; to be entered for security purposes. This includes the full number. ZIP code, and CVV. The only suggested work-around here would be to reach out to your customers to confirm their ZIP code, if possible.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Going forward, if you encounter any issues while taking payments, we recommend opting into using &lt;A href="https://squ.re/30gnkwN" target="_blank"&gt;Offline Mode&lt;/A&gt;. This allows you to process swiped and dipped payments and then upload them to our system once reconnected to WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
