Charging reader and iPad at same time

Does anyone know of an adapter that I can get that lets me plug Square into a lightening port on an iPad and at the same time, charge the Square? It never seems to hold a charge for a full 6-8 hour show. Thanks

I want to make sure I am fully understanding your question here in regards to your hardware. Are you looking to use a Lightning Reader as well as charge an iPad at the same time? If you are utilizing the Magstripe Reader with Lightning Connector, this reader should draw power from your iPad and hold charge continuously.

I realize I may be missing the mark here in interpreting your question, so any further clarity you can provide would be so helpful!
