&lt;P&gt;I just created a partially paid Invoice that I cancelled, to test out whether or not you can process a refund when an Invoice is cancelled - and it was successful! The steps I took are as follows:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Open the&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt; Invoice&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; within the &lt;A href="http://squ.re/2xQw5TN" target="_blank"&gt;Online Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Scroll down to &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Payments&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;View Payment Details&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Scroll to the top of the transaction details and select&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Issue Refund&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Depending on the browser you are using, these steps might be tweaked from what I listed above, but this should still get you where you need to be.&lt;/P&gt;
