How to collect client information and specific payment amount during a checkout process?

Is there a way to create this kind of payment method in square Online?
I need a payment method that collects clients' information (name, address, phone, and email), and at the same time, clients can enter the required amount.

Unfortunately, the example link you provided comes up with an error 404 page for me. You can allow customers to enter specific amounts via checkout links. I'd love to see the example though - please send through another link if you like!
