Email & Text campaign not sending

I added a Win Back text campaign but no text were sent. I went to my customer directory and it shows that I have customers under lapsed. But no text were sent. Also with the email win back campaign it only sent to a few people but I have more reachable users who did not get the email. My first time visitors campaign also did not receive a email 24 hours after they visited. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi! If you want to do more text marketing, check out SMSDripp.com SMS Marketing for Square. Lately SMSDripp added an integration and templates just for Square!
