So sorry to hear about the trouble with your hardware! We offer a free Magstripe Reader to all new users with Square upon activation, otherwise you can purchase another Magstripe Reader from our Online Shop or from a local retailer near you.

Since you mentioned that you were having issues with your current reader, you may want to take a look at these troubleshooting steps - they may be able to get you back in business!

I will also mention that we do have a limited warranty for all our Hardware up to a year after purchase. You can learn more and start your warranty claim here.
