First I would probably ask the customer to try a different browser. It sounds like they're just experiencing a browser issue and that can be common with internet browsers such as Internet Explorer.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If they still can't open, you can share the link to the invoice by navigating to the Invoices tab of your online Dashboard and selecting &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;More&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Share&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and it will give you a share-able link there to send them!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to resend an invoice and I cannot seem to find any option to do so anywhere. &amp;nbsp;The client said they are unable to open the document. &amp;nbsp;I figured I'd try to resend it before having them do a bunch of work and getting them irritated. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
