How do I manually enter cc payment if a customer calls in their card #?

I am the new bookkeeper for a service company that uses Square for cc payments while out in the field. However, sometimes customers will call in their card number for payment. Where do I go to manually enter the card info?

you can either use Square Virtual Terminal https://squareup.com/dashboard/terminal

or you can manually enter the card info in the app. https://squareup.com/help/ca/en/article/5176-manually-enter-card-payments-without-the-square-reader

Can you receive a credit card payment without a card reader

I am new and I have the app on my iPhone and I was wondering if I can receive a payment without a card reader by credit card if I manually put it in my phone on my app

I do have a bank account linked to my account
