How to enable Open Tickets?

The title of this thread has been edited from "open ticket apple ipad"

I tried to set up an open ticket on my ipad. I can not find the tab to open it up so i can turn it on.

Use Open Tickets with Square!

This gives instructions but i don't see a tab.

Where do i find this option on my Ipad?

You can enable the use of Open Tickets by doing the following:

From the Square app, tap the the horizontal line symbol on the navigation bar
Tap Settings > Open Tickets.
Tap Open Tickets and toggle the feature on.

Hello Joe,

We are new to Square and are using the app on an iPad. The horizontal line(s) are not showing, so how can we access the menu to turn on Open Tickets?

Are you logged into the app as the account owner? Are you able to view transactions, or is it just that checkout page? Please let me know!

I found where I can turn the Open Checks feature on from the dashboard. It is under "edit device". That should take care of the issue for us - thanks.
