Having Email Collection Screen Up (Collecting Emails with No Purchase)

Hello, I would like to be able to have people sign up for our email list and receive the discount without making a purchase. Is there a way to always have that screen open? Looks like the screen collecting emails will only show after a purchase is made.

You're correct about the email collection on the POS only showing after a customer has completed a transaction. There is another option on your Dashboard under the Email Collection tab. We offer a hosted sign-up page URL you can implement anywhere online (like an Online Store if you have one, or social media page). This will allow people to enter their email and contact info there instead of them having to make a purchase in person.
