How do employees view their W-2?

How do my employees view their W-2's? I'm getting a lot of text messages from former employees asking when they'll get theirs. I see that they were correctly filed and sent by logging in from the employer end. Where do I tell them to look? Do they get a paper copy if they aren't active anymore on the "square team" app?

Hello @TakingCareOfBiz!

I reached out to the Payroll team on this one and they confirmed that all employees (active or inactive) will receive a W-2 by mail. It would be sent to the address that was entered on their payroll profile.

They're on their way and should be arriving soon! They can access it under the Team app as well under > Tax Forms whether they're still active or not. It'll re-direct them to the online Dashboard for their tax forms.
