Confirmation on Merging Tickets?

Hi,

Is there a way to have a pop-up window that asks us to confirm if we want to merge tickets?

I ask because I went through an scenario where I created an order, clicked on save, then fat thumbed an existing ticket. With the amount of tickets saved along with a line of customers in front of me, I had to go by process of elimination and click each saved ticket one by one to see where it merged onto. I figure it would be help people with fat thumbs like me to mitigate the mistake from occurring in the future.

Hey @Cjung thank you for asking. At this time, we do not have a way to generate a pop up confirming a merging of tickets. I hear you though and think that this could be a huge time saver if someone is in a hurry and accidentally merges two tickets that should not be merged.

I will share this feature request with our Development Team for future tracking though! Thanks again. 🙂
