Where can I order a replacement adhesive plate for Square Stand?

I swear I've looked EVERYWHERE online. We're changing the layout of our business front desk and I want a new adhesive plate before removing the current one. Where can I order one? I haven't seen any way to order one via support either.

I stuck my pos unit to counter and did not have the adhesive plate tightened to base, thus the unit would not lock into place in the correct direction. I was successful in getting the unit detached for the counter but I bent the plate and the adhesive does not stick down as good. How do I get a new bottom adhesive plate?..

Hi, can I also order a few of these? My adhesive has worn off and my stands get a lot of use. The power cords keep tearing. I need 4 adhesive mounts. Thanks!

Hi,

The screw part of the Adhesive Mount broke off into our square stand. Do you know how we would get this out of the stand and where can we get two new adhesive mounts that way we can mount the stand to our register. Thanks.

@ugcornmaze Is there a way you can send a picture of this? The screw should go into the mount, but not into the Stand itself. And, you can remove the mount with a paint chipper to pry it off.

Are you looking to purchase a Square Stand for the iPad, or are you looking for a specific piece of equipment to mount the device other than the counter? Can you give an example? Thank you!

Morning,

I was looking for the adhesive/mounting kit for the stands we already have.

we have moved them a few times, and they won’t stay in place anymore.

just brought a few of the usb acc. Cables.
because the stand would just twist up the cable.

I sent an email, but no on e has emailed me back! I tried calliong but no answer. Totally frustrating that my register is sliding all over the counter and getting the wires tangled. It looked like some other people were able to get a mount really easily, while I'm the only one who's requests are ignored.
