My card was charged twice for a transaction I did not make

I went to a restaurant on Saturday night and I was charged $16.94 for a transaction twice on my card and the transaction supposed to not go through and I paid cash then when I checked my card statement they took $16.94 twice. From my card so i trying to get a refund so I can get my money back

If you wouldn't mind clarifying - did you make this purchase as a customer at a Square Seller? Or are you a Square Seller that made a purchase using your Square Card?

We aren't able to speak to account specifics here on the Seller Community, but once we get the above clarification, we can help point you in the direction of next steps.
