Online Store: When will check outlinks be available?

I tried to create online check out links and it came back with the following error message :

This feature is currently restricted. We are working to make it available to more people, so check back later.

Actually there is not an estimated time for this, as the message you get says, now it's being tested in some specific accounts to see if it works properly.
