    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this happening with multiple cards or did it just happen on one transaction you tried to run?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If just one, was it possible that the card was a preloaded card and the balance available on it was lower than the ticket total? In other words, the customer only had $5.00 on the card and the ticket was for $10? At which point it would charge the $5.00 to it and need an alternate form of payment for the balance?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I put in a card # it says split amount it has never been there before and when I run the card it says gift card it’s never had that on there either!!How can I get that off&lt;/P&gt;</description>
