&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure if you got a chance to see our &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/us/en/l/immediate-support-response" target="_blank"&gt;Resources Page&lt;/A&gt; or our emails regarding the COVID-19 next steps but you can continue to use Loyalty and we're refunding all subscription fees for the month of March as of right now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To answer your question though- none of the points would be lost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Due to COVID19 laying waste to my business right now, I need to scale back on some of my expenses.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know if you can suspend your loyalty program, but when you reinstate it, does the system still retain your clients previous points? I dont want my customers to lose all of their loyalty points but I also need to save some money as well. Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
