Hey @Julie9. Welcome to the Seller Community! ✨

How the transactions are listed/appear in Quickbooks would be up to Quickbooks. I would reach out to their Support Team if they have a feature like this. We integrate with Quickbooks in such a way that when our transactions are imported to Quickbooks, they list them as invoices and we don't have a way of preventing that on our end.

Please feel free to post back in here if Quickbooks is able to provide a solid solution for delayed charge imports, as I know myself and sellers may be interested in the answer. Thanks again for your post! 😊

Importing Square transactions as delayed charges?

Hi - We are looking to streamline how our transactions get imported into Quickbooks Online. Right now, it is being done manually, by exporting the Square transactions as an Excel spreadsheet and then entering charges manually into customer accounts.

Is it possible to import Square transactions directly into Quickbooks Online as Delayed Charges, rather than as Invoices?

Thanks, in advance.

Julie
