&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It takes 2-7 business days to process a refund with Square. Once the refund is processed and sent to your customer’s card issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to post to your customer’s account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;In total it can take 9-14 business days for your customer to receive their refund.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This process is the same whether&amp;nbsp;a payment has been deposited or not. The minute a payment is taken, and a refund is initiated, the timeline will always hold true.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;So I'm really confused by this whole process and. was hoping someone could help me out. &amp;nbsp;I am new to square and my first transaction triggered a review. Well it advised that it would take 2-5 business days to complete the review and if I wanted the funds faster to issue a refund to the customer which I did about 20 minutes after the care was charged. &amp;nbsp;I thought hey since there was nothing that was transferred into my account the refund should not take very long. &amp;nbsp;The refund was issued like I said 20 minutes after I charged the card and an email was sent to the customer that the money was refunded but when I look at the transaction it shows refund pending and in a box right above the amount charged it shows awaiting capture. &amp;nbsp;The transaction has also cleared her account and is no longer a pending transaction which I thought was odd. &amp;nbsp;The customer is not gong to pay me for the product until the money is back on her card because its a pretty significant amount. &amp;nbsp;Can anyone who has had experience with this type of thing help me out? &amp;nbsp;I really don't know what to do at this point, talked to customer service and they told me it took 2-7 business days for refunds to be released from square's bank and sent back to the customer. &amp;nbsp;But my main issue is the money never deposited in my account and I have completed the review and they said everything was ok. &amp;nbsp;Help please!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
