&lt;P&gt;Under the email reporting (so cool by the way) 1 customer showed pretty quickly "4 opens" of the same email. What would cause this? I doubt the customer went out and into the email 4 times in a row but this is a new platform for me. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I double checked with one of our Marketing specialists. Any time your customer opens your campaign email&amp;nbsp;(if they need to go back and reference something or re-read) it will tally up each&amp;nbsp;"open" next to their name. Also, if they forward your campaign to other people, that&amp;nbsp;"open" number will also include each of those forwarded opens.&lt;/P&gt;
